An Introduction To Pragya

It’s been quite a time since I had written something. One reason for this may be my busy schedule due to extra loads of work, the other being my incapability to think what to write. After busting my ass in HDFC Bank for nearly a month, I finally decided to quit. It was a horrifying experience for me. After attracting the wrath of security guards for trespassing the residential area of posh Sarita Vihar & violating the norms of Residential Welfare Associations of almost all pockets of that very area, it was very difficult for me to continue with it.

Now I am working with Pragya TV Channel as Business Development Executive. I consider myself fortuitous to make my foray into the broadcasting media sector. The office is located at Film City, Noida. Pragya Channel has been positioned as a wellness channel among public. See the irony, I had never believed in things like awareness, yoga, meditation, inner-consciousness, to name a few, but now I am associated with a channel which deals in these fields & of late, I have started believing in these things after my meetings with some high profile experts of these fields. Pragya has a very niche audience as it has a limited reach & viewership in India. It’s a part of CCL Group (Century Communications Ltd.) which also has other ventures like Pixion, Pearl Media & Mahuaa under its umbrella.

The other irony is that I have shifted to Sarita Vihar now where I used to go for door-to-door selling of accounts of HDFC Bank a few days ago. After failing in my attempts to go Office (Noida) from Rajouri Garden which is a stretch of 30 Km & a 1 hour drive by bike (I have purchased a bike) due to peak traffic, I decided to shift to Sarita Vihar as I didn’t like getting fucked in traffic every day. Now it takes only 10 minutes to reach office. I am in a better position to work now. Hope I continue with this job.
